Defective products may be exchanged for products of the same or lesser value within 15 days of purchase.
To request an exchange, contact manager@mychocolatesecrets.com or call (214) 252-9801 with your order number and a description of the issue. For damaged shipments, please include photographs of the product and packaging so we can review the problem.
Contact us before returning a product. Our published product policy provides an exchange for defective items; contact us to discuss any other refund request.
